Jessica Wood is Not Getting Married, But Stacia and I Just Did ...

I've recently come across a great site and podcast called Variety Seekers at HoneLife.com and on Facebook at Hone Life.  It is produced by Alex and Jessica Wood, who are brother and sister.  They are definitely lifestyle designers and proponents of following your passions.

Jessica recently wrote a post titled "Why I'm Not Married", which has apparently caused some controversy.  It's a short and introspect post, which examines choices that couples get to make - and expectations others have of couples ...

She makes some great points and the post was particular interesting to me since Stacia Kennedy and I were married on the beach in Hawaii earlier this month.

Tahoe Donner Hosts Winter Job Fair

Tahoe Donner is hosting a winter job fair on Friday, Nov. 13 from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 - 6 p.m. at the Northwoods Clubhouse located at 11509 Northwoods Blvd., Truckee, CA. Positions are available at Tahoe Donner Downhill and Cross Country Ski Areas, and Tahoe Donner Snowplay.

Chamonix Joins the Mountain CollectiveTM for 2015-16 Season

Chamonix is the first destination in Europe to be included in the Mountain Collective, granting access to the best and most varied terrain in the world. All passes for the 2015-2016 season will include two days of skiing and riding at Chamonix.

Personally, I LOVED the movie and learned a great deal about the history of this awesome resort!
